Purchasers often weigh the benefits of purchasing resale or new construction. With the tremendous growth that Culpeper has experienced buyers have a myriad of new construction options. Those options include the following:

1. Purchasing a home from one of Culpeper's well-known and experienced custom home builders. These homes are generally advertised as "paper houses" which are examples of a house that a builder is able to construct on a particular lot. If the house has not been started, or the permit pulled, then a purchaser may be able to select another home style offered by the builder. 2. Often, buyers want to look for raw land and not rely on the inventory of any particular builder. Katherine will help a buyer find a lot not owned by a builder and the buyer can choose a builder to build on that lot.



3. A buyer may choose to purchase a home in one of Culpeper's large new subdivisions where the homes are built by national builders.
